Will facial transplants ever become the norm?

Realistically, are facial transplants just for people who experienced trauma? Or will they some day be available for normal ugly people? Is the procedure too risky to perform on normal people?Will facial transplants ever become the norm?
I doubt it will be a norm outside of medical necessity, it is very expensive and risky, you also are left with heavy scarring and it takes a lot of surgeries to get right. Plastic surgery is much more effective, economical and safer when you're dealing with a normal/healthy face.Will facial transplants ever become the norm?

And that is available to ugly people.They just may not think there ugly.
