Well by drinking lots of water you will improve your skin and your hair, and it will also help you lose a little weight which will help with the other two. Water helps deliver nutrients and it helps to carry away the impurities. Water is natures best beauty secret, after all look at how much of our bodies are made up of water... is it 70%. Eat healthy, balanced, drink only water for liquids, use Cetaphil to clean our face twice a day (I swear it works), and use natural/organic shampoo, conditioner and products. I have a leave in conditioner composed of only natural products, no chemicals n all that ****, and i don't even need a damn gel to calm the frizz anymore. Go to the organic store in town adn look around. Although I prefer organic products, I could not find any for cleansing the face and keeping zits away, so I tried cetaphil after seeing a friend use it for a long time and he has the best skin I've ever seen. So, had to negotiate w/ that.





For better butt/breast shape, it's called the gym.
