What is the best facial cleanser for oily skin?

I need a facial cleanser that could kill bacteria from preventing acne, wash away face oil, and is gentle and affordable. I've tried Proactiv but it doesn't seem to work for me.





And also, is there a product that could prevent oil? Like an oil control thing?
