What age can a minor get cartilage, facial and body piercings in Washington state with parental consent?

Is there a statewide law, or does it vary from studio to studio?

I am NOT asking for a nipple or genital piercing. I know that one has to be eighteen for those.

Thanks, everyone. What age can a minor get cartilage, facial and body piercings in Washington state with parental consent?
With parental consent you can be just about any age except if the piercer feels you are to young they won't pierce you. Without parental consent you have to be 18 or in some places 16. To be sure you should call different studios in your area and ask them about their polices on piercing minors. What age can a minor get cartilage, facial and body piercings in Washington state with parental consent?
There is no state law, you just have to have a parent available to sign papers. You can get any piercing done with a parent present. Good luck =] Report Abuse
