Would you get a facial after or before a breakout?

I normally breakout a few days before my period. But a week after my period, my face usually clears up by then. Should I get a facial when my face is clear or when my face has acne so it'll be all in one shot? (I had facials twice before, and I remember my face broke out after I had them). I am in my late 20s. Also, what type of facial should I get for sensitive skin? Thanks!Would you get a facial after or before a breakout?
During a breakout. They extract pimples for you so they do it in a clean way so as to prevent spreading more zits.


If I were you I would give most attention to your skin care regime. In the past I have overused products trying to minimize break outs and it made them worse.
